Senior Research Associate - Immunology

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and perform complex immunological assays, including ELISA, flow cytometry, ELISpot, and cell-based functional assays.
• Isolate and characterize immune cells from various biological samples.
• Develop and optimize new experimental models and techniques to investigate immune responses.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, maintaining meticulous laboratory records.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to project teams and at scientific meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including virologists, oncologists, and assay development specialists.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant laboratory experience in immunology research.
• Hands-on experience with multicolor flow cytometry and data analysis is essential.
• Proficiency in various immunological techniques such as ELISA, Western blotting, and cell culture.
• Strong understanding of immune cell subsets, cytokines, and signaling pathways.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple experiments concurrently.
