Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of new features and technologies for medical devices, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Design, build, and test functional prototypes of medical devices, iterating based on feedback and performance data.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new product concepts and materials.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to ensure designs meet industry standards and requirements.
• Document designs, test results, and technical specifications thoroughly, contributing to intellectual property development.

Requirements

• B.Eng. or M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, with a focus on medical devices or related regulated industries.
• Proven experience in CAD design , prototyping techniques, and relevant simulation software.
• Strong understanding of materials science, electronics, and software as applied to medical devices.
• Excellent problem-solving , communication, and teamwork skills.
