About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines for variant calling, annotation, and interpretation.

• Contribute to grant writing and securing funding for new research initiatives.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Genomics, Bioinformatics, Genetics, or a related quantitative life science discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant post-doctoral experience in genomic research.
• Strong proficiency in analyzing large genomic datasets using statistical and computational methods.
• Expertise in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with genomic analysis tools (e.g., GATK, Samtools).
• Experience with various sequencing platforms and library preparation methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team environment.
