Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex experimental protocols for biotechnology research , including molecular biology, cell culture, and biochemical assays.

• Lead independent research projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Mentor junior researchers and technicians, providing guidance on experimental design and data analysis.
• Contribute to scientific publications, patent applications, and presentations at international conferences.
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and reports.

Requirements

• PhD in Biotechnology , Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in gene editing technologies (e.g., CRISPR-Cas9) and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
• Strong understanding of protein expression and purification techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of scientific innovation.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, GraphPad Prism) and statistical methods.
