Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage complex research projects in biotechnology, focusing on drug discovery and development.

• Interpret experimental results, draw conclusions, and present findings to scientific teams and management.
• Contribute to the writing of research proposals, scientific publications, and patent applications.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline such as Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in a biotechnology setting .
• Proven track record in experimental design, execution, and data interpretation within drug development .
• Proficiency in relevant laboratory techniques and analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in scientific writing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
