Senior Research Scientist - Biotechnology

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex experimental protocols in molecular biology , cell culture, and assay development.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, generating clear and concise reports for internal review and external publication.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing scientific direction and mentorship to junior researchers.
• Develop and validate new assays and methodologies to support drug discovery and development pipelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and technological advancements relevant to drug discovery and the company's research objectives.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical R&D.
• Proven expertise in techniques such as PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, and mammalian cell culture.
• Demonstrated experience in project leadership and mentoring junior scientists.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of scientific publications or presentations.
