Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate novel experimental protocols for genomic analysis and manipulation.

• Lead and mentor junior research staff, providing guidance on experimental design and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and present research findings at internal meetings, scientific conferences, and in peer-reviewed publications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including bioinformaticians and clinical researchers, to integrate genomic data into broader research initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive laboratory notebooks and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• PhD in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in genomics .
• Proven expertise in various sequencing technologies (e.g., NGS, WGS) and associated analytical pipelines.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology techniques and experimental design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead research projects, manage timelines, and publish scientific findings.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
