Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of complex research experiments in materials characterization and development.
- Develop and implement new methodologies for material synthesis, processing, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product developers, to translate research findings into tangible product improvements.
- Author and present research findings in technical reports, peer-reviewed publications, and at scientific conferences.
- Mentor junior scientists and provide technical guidance on project execution and data interpretation.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in materials science and related fields.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in materials development and characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, DSC).
- Proven track record of successfully leading research projects and delivering impactful scientific outcomes.
- Strong understanding of polymer science , metallurgy, or ceramic materials.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and experimental design skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical methods.
