Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute complex molecular biology experiments , including genetic manipulation, gene editing, and protein analysis.
• Analyze experimental data rigorously, interpret results, and generate comprehensive reports for internal review and external publication.
• Lead specific research projects, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to project goals and budget.
• Mentor junior scientists and technicians, providing guidance on experimental techniques and data interpretation.
• Contribute to the development of new research methodologies and the optimization of existing protocols.

Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in molecular biology .
• Proven track record of successful research, demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals.
• Extensive hands-on experience with techniques such as PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, ELISA, cell culture, and CRISPR/Cas9 .
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent scientific writing and presentation skills.
