Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated reservoir management strategies to optimize production and recovery.
• Conduct detailed reservoir characterization using geological, petrophysical, and production data.
• Perform dynamic reservoir simulation and history matching to predict future performance and evaluate development scenarios.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present findings and recommendations to project teams and management.
• Identify and evaluate new exploration and development opportunities based on reservoir potential.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the reservoir engineering discipline within a remote setting.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering within the upstream oil and gas sector.
• Proficiency with industry-standard reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel RE, CMG).
• Strong understanding of geostatistics , reservoir modeling, and production data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively in a remote work environment .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
