Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reservoir characterization and performance analysis using advanced simulation software.
• Develop and manage integrated reservoir models to predict future production and optimize recovery.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on reserve estimations, production forecasts, and economic evaluations.
• Identify and propose well intervention and development opportunities to maximize asset value.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on field development planning and operational decision-making.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the reservoir engineering discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in reservoir engineering , with a strong focus on simulation and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in industry-standard reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel RE, CMG).
• Demonstrated experience in reserve reporting (e.g., SPE, SEC guidelines).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex geological and production data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
