About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Architect to join their completely remote design studio. This role is dedicated to conceptualizing and developing high-quality residential projects, ranging from bespoke individual homes to multi-unit developments. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into beautiful, functional, and sustainable living spaces, leveraging modern design tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for high-end residential projects, from initial concept to detailed construction drawings.
• Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs tailored to client needs and site constraints.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models using industry-standard software.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant UK building regulations, planning policies, and quality standards.
• Manage client relationships, providing clear communication and project updates throughout the design phases.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure the seamless execution of residential developments.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture (RIBA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in residential architecture , with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit and AutoCAD .
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning requirements for residential developments.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual setting .
