Senior Residential Care Lead for Young People

Barnardo's in Hinckley is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead a safeguarding-focused team and support children and young people aged 8-18. You will supervise Residential Support Workers, collaborate with families and external professionals, and contribute to a nurturing, safe home environment.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete), a valid UK driving licence, and experience in supervising within residential care.
