Senior Residential Care Worker – Lead Shifts in Children's Home

SGS Care in Leicester is seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker to lead shifts and provide compassionate care in a 4-bed children's home for ages 8–17 with EBD. You will engage with a team to support daily routines, safety, and personal development while maintaining a therapeutic, structured environment.

The role requires a Level 3 in Children’s & Young People’s Workforce, Ofsted Home experience, and a Full UK driving licence. Sleep-ins are part of the role with paid sleep-in rates.
