Senior Residential Carer & Care Team Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff in a welcoming care home. You will supervise shifts, train team members, delegate duties, and support with medication administration and care plan reviews.

You will liaise with GPs, district nurses and families to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents. The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, strong leadership skills, and a warm, compassionate approach.
