Senior Residential Child Care Worker, Trauma-Informed Lead

Lancashire County Council is recruiting Senior Residential Child Care Workers for Monroe House in Chorley. The role is full-time, permanent, 37 hours per week, with a focus on trauma-informed care for young people aged 11–18 with complex emotional and mental health needs.

You will work within a skilled multi-disciplinary team, supporting safeguarding, risk management and therapeutic care planning while collaborating with clinical colleagues and external professionals.
