Senior Residential Childcare Lead — Therapeutic Care

Keyline Care is seeking a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker to provide care for young people in our Swadlincote home, modelling therapeutic practice and guiding the team. You will work directly with young people, building relationships and applying DDP/PACE techniques to create a safe, supportive environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in residential childcare, a Level 3 Diploma, safeguarding knowledge, and willingness to undertake DDP training during probation.
