Senior Residential Childcare Leader

Nugent is seeking an Advanced Residential Childcare Practitioner to lead practice and support teams within our North region home. You will act as the senior practitioner on shift, safeguarding and delivering high-quality care for children and young people.

With a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and substantial residential experience, you will coach colleagues, coordinate shifts and contribute to continuous service improvement.
