Senior Residential Support Leader - Children & Young People

The Senior Residential Support Worker role in Netherton focuses on the wellbeing and development of children and young people in our care. You will mentor staff, lead shifts, and ensure a safe, nurturing home environment, while promoting activities and individual growth.

You will require an NVQ Level 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce, a valid UK driving licence, and a clear DBS. Sleep-ins and shift patterns are part of the role, with ongoing training and progression opportunities.
