Pay:£16.00 per hour + £70 per sleep-in

We are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker who understands the complexities of working with children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new organisation committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred care within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.

About the Role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring the home provides a safe, caring, and structured environment where young people feel valued, listened to, and empowered to reach their full potential.

You will build positive, trusting relationships with young people while promoting their emotional wellbeing, independence, and personal development. You will work in partnership with the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, families, and external professionals to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care in line with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, support the development of staff, and provide consistent care and guidance to children who have experienced trauma and adversity.

Shift Pattern

Senior Residential Support Worker

7:00am 10:00pm, including sleep-in shifts where required.

Sleep-in payment: £70 per sleep-in.
