Job Title: Senior Residential Child Care Worker

Location: Bradford

Salary: Estimated £36,180 per year (based on 160 hours/month at hourly rate + 11 sleeps/month at sleep rate — see breakdown below)

Hourly Rate: £15.75 per hour (+ £5 per hour overtime rate)

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week / 160 hours per month

Employment Type: Permanent

Sleep-ins: £45 per sleep

Service: Children's Home

Service Users: EBD, ages 8–17 years

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children's & Young People's Workforce

Experience Required: Experience within children's residential care

Salary estimate breakdown:

• Base: £15.75/hr × 160 hrs/month = £2,520/month × 12 = £30,240/year
• Sleeps: £45 × 11/month = £495/month × 12 = £5,940/year
• Total estimated: £36,180/year

Note: this excludes the £5/hour overtime rate, as that's variable and not part of the fixed-hours salary formula.
