Senior Residential Support Worker

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
• Has their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce.
• Has at least 2 years of experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people.
• Has a valid manual driving licence.

What will I do as a Senior Residential Support Worker?

• Use life skills to make a huge difference in children’s lives: create positive relationships, meet their needs and safeguard them at all times.
• Engage with a variety of children and young people, including those requiring high levels of supervision and support.
• Lead staff supervision, shift leadership, policy development, risk assessment, rota management and ensure placement plans and education provisions are followed.
• Ensure the welfare and care of each child, and provide guidance and support to all residential workers.
