About the Role

Our client, a progressive recruitment consultancy based in Reading , is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Resourcer to join their talented team. This role is crucial for identifying and engaging top-tier talent to meet the demanding requirements of their clients. You will play a key part in building talent pipelines and supporting the recruitment consultants in delivering exceptional service. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining essential collaboration within our Reading office with the flexibility of remote working, serving clients across Berkshire and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and initial engagement of candidates for a variety of roles and industries.
• Utilize advanced search techniques across multiple platforms to identify passive and active talent.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening calls to assess skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Maintain and optimise the candidate database (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand their needs and deliver targeted candidate pools.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and candidate trends within the Reading area.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Resourcing or Senior Sourcing role, ideally within a consultancy.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced candidate sourcing techniques and tools.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse candidates.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid setting.
• Familiarity with the Reading and Berkshire recruitment market is advantageous.
