About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.
• Lead, train, and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for all F&B supplies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and drive repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior F&B management role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a high-volume or fine-dining establishment is preferred.
