About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Retail Advisor to join their vibrant store in Brighton . In this role, you will be the go-to person for customers, providing expert advice, exceptional service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also support the management team by mentoring junior staff, assisting with stock management, and contributing to visual merchandising efforts. This position is ideal for an experienced retail professional passionate about customer engagement and product expertise in the lively atmosphere of Brighton, East Sussex .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert product advice and personalized recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers with purchases, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
• Mentor and guide junior sales associates, sharing product knowledge and service best practices.
• Maintain store appearance, including restocking shelves and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Support store management with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retail Advisor or Sales Associate, with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
• In-depth product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with POS systems and basic inventory tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, as required for the Brighton store.
