Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information and personalized recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments.
• Maintain store appearance, including merchandising, replenishing stock, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Support the management team with inventory counts and stocktaking procedures.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges in line with company policy, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail customer-facing role, preferably as a Senior Sales Assistant or Key Holder.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and stock management.
