About the Role

You will act as a role model for junior staff, offering guidance and support while ensuring a premium shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, actively listening to their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
• Drive sales by showcasing product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the entire store inventory.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales advisors, fostering a collaborative team spirit.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably with some experience in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
