About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Retail Supervisor to join their team in Wolverhampton . In this leadership role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You will act as a role model for the team, providing guidance and training to sales associates and contributing to a positive and productive store environment. This position is key to maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction within the busy Wolverhampton store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
• Supervise and motivate retail staff, providing coaching and support to ensure performance targets are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support inventory management processes, including stock counts and merchandising.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
