About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and test RF circuits and systems, including antennas, amplifiers, and filters.
• Develop and implement RF test procedures and analyze test data to ensure product performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex RF design and integration issues.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate RF components into larger systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest RF technologies and industry trends, recommending advancements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in RF design principles and best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in RF design and development.
• Expertise in RF circuit design tools (e.g., ADS, Microwave Office) and simulation software.
• Strong knowledge of RF propagation, modulation techniques, and wireless communication systems.
• Experience with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
