Senior RF Network Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize RF network infrastructure, including cellular towers and base stations.
• Conduct site surveys, RF design simulations, and propagation modeling to ensure optimal coverage and capacity.
• Monitor network performance using specialized tools, identifying and resolving RF interference and quality issues.
• Troubleshoot complex RF-related problems and implement effective solutions to maintain service integrity.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate new RF technologies and features.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for RF network designs and operational procedures.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in RF network engineering , particularly with cellular technologies (4G/5G).
• Proficiency in RF planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet).
• Strong understanding of RF principles, antenna theory, and propagation characteristics.
• Experience with spectrum analysis and interference mitigation techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
