Job Description
Baltic Recruitment are recruiting a Permanent Manufacturing Senior NPI Engineer for a client in Sedgefield. You will lead NPI activities, bridging engineering and production to ensure smooth transition from prototype to manufacture.
You will work with RF/microwave technologies and collaborate with RF Design, Mechanical, Test and Quality teams to deliver high-quality, scalable manufacturing solutions in a high-precision environment.
