Senior Risk & Control Manager, 2LOD Leader

Pleo is seeking a Risk Manager to join our Risk & Control team in London. You will strengthen the 2LOD risk framework and challenge the 1LOD while partnering with business teams to improve risk identification and control design.

You will report to the Head of Risk and Control and help produce data-driven risk reports for senior management, support regulatory interactions, and contribute to a pragmatic, collaborative control environment across the fintech.
