Senior Rural Asset Manager – Land & Property Leadership

Strutt and Parker in Newbury is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join our Rural Land Management and Consultancy team. The role centers on estate and property management, reporting to senior colleagues and coordinating with rural surveying, farming, environmental specialists and finance teams.

You will lead client relationships, manage rent reviews, leases and disputes, and drive new business while upholding internal standards and compliance.
