In this role, you will be a product expert, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of high-value electronic goods. You will also mentor junior sales staff, assist with store opening and closing procedures, and contribute to maintaining an outstanding store environment. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable electronic products.
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
• Mentor and train new sales associates on product features and sales techniques.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within electronics retail.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics and current technology trends.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is highly desirable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours in Leeds .
