About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join their thriving team in Aberdeen . This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Scottish market. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals. You will work closely with marketing and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to ongoing partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and post-sales support.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
