About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join their growing team in Aberdeen . This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the local market. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the B2B sales process, and a passion for achieving ambitious targets, contributing significantly to the company's expansion and success within the Scottish region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and how our client's solutions can provide value.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Manage and negotiate contract terms to secure profitable deals and build long-term customer loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and pipeline.
- A strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
