Dr. Martens is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant for our Cheshire Oaks Outlet to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support day-to-day store operations.

This role is part-time, 16 hours per week, reporting to the Store Manager, with responsibilities including supervising, coaching, and handling till transactions. You will drive customer satisfaction, uphold store procedures, and contribute to the team’s performance.
