About the Role

Our client is searching for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Secondary School Mathematics Teacher to join a dynamic faculty in Coventry . You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging mathematics lessons, fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, and promoting academic excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Develop innovative teaching materials and resources to enhance student engagement and understanding of complex mathematical concepts.
• Assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Lead extracurricular mathematics clubs or activities to further stimulate student interest and talent.
• Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate mathematical applications into other curriculum areas where appropriate.
• Contribute to the development and review of the mathematics curriculum and assessment strategies.

Requirements

• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed.) with a specialization in Mathematics.
• Significant experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level, preferably with A-Level experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve excellent student outcomes in mathematics examinations.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to support teaching and learning.
• Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
