Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions to protect systems, networks, and data.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to security incidents, performing forensic analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security is integrated into the software development lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity engineering.
• Strong knowledge of network security, application security, and cloud security principles.
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation of security tasks.
• Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are a strong plus.
