Senior SENCo – Inclusive Education & EHCP Lead

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SENCo in Salford to lead inclusive practice across the school. You will oversee the SEN policy, coordinate assessment and EHCP planning, and collaborate with staff, families and external agencies to meet pupil needs.

The role requires strategic policy development, operational management of the SEN register and budget, and staff training to deliver high-quality SEND provision. QTS and NASENCO progression welcomed.
