About the Role

Our client, a leading digital marketing agency in Stoke-on-Trent , is seeking an analytical and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist . You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic for their clients. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and technical SEO, playing a critical part in enhancing online visibility and achieving client marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues impacting search performance.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO recommendations effectively.
• Advise clients on SEO best practices and present performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization.
• Proven success in driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reporting on SEO performance and providing actionable insights.
