Senior SEO Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking an analytical and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join their fully remote marketing team. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to their digital properties. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and performance analysis. You will work independently, collaborating with content creators and web developers to ensure all digital assets are optimized for search engines, playing a key role in the company's online growth strategy within a remote -first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits, identifying and recommending solutions for site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability issues.
• Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including link building and content optimization.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in a dynamic remote setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and keyword research methodologies.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills suitable for a fully remote team.
