Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service as a Senior Service Advisor
• Leading and motivating the Service Advisor team by example
• Achieving and exceeding service and warranty sales targets
• Promoting service plans, vehicle health checks, and labour warranties
• Managing and updating paperless job cards accurately via Kerridge/DMS system
• Managing customer expectations and delivering a first-class experience
• Supporting the workshop with upselling and recommending additional services
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels to meet or surpass targets

Ideal qualities for the Senior Service Advisor include

• Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Knowledge of DMS systems, preferably Rev8 Kerridge
• Customer-focused attitude with a strong drive to achieve sales
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
