Senior Service Engineer

Fire & Security Role:

Are you a Senior Service Engineer working with CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire Alarm systems ?

Paying up to £45k + company vehicle

What can you expect as an employee:

• Basic salary of £42,000 - £45,000
• Company vehicle
• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

The ideal candidate would have:

• Strong experience servicing fire and security systems
• In-depth fault-finding knowledge
• Experience with enterprise-level CCTV and access control systems
• Confidence dealing directly with clients
• Experience leading or supporting a team of service engineers
• A professional and customer-focused approach

About the role:

A long-established and growing fire and security business is seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer in Birmingham .

The company designs, installs, maintains and supports Intruder, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm systems across the UK. With more than 25 years of experience, they work as a dedicated security partner to their clients, providing advice, technology and ongoing support.

In this role, you will take a senior position within the service team, supporting and leading other engineers while remaining hands-on with fault-finding and client-facing service work.
