Senior Service Manager – Supported Living Care Leader

Lifeways Group in Cobham, Surrey, is seeking a Service Manager to lead a newly acquired supported living service and drive best-in-class care. You’ll provide strong operational leadership, shaping the service’s future and ensuring high-quality outcomes for the people we support.

You’ll oversee delivery of care for young adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, develop teams, and work with regional leadership to raise standards in a person-centred environment.
