Senior SHE Manager; Hybrid Construction Safety & Compliance

Willmott Dixon is recruiting a Senior Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead the London & East region from Hitchin-based operations, with hybrid working and home days. You will guide project teams across multiple sites, drive compliance and continuous SHE improvement, and manage a small remote team to uphold high safety standards.

Ideal candidates will hold a Level 5 OSH qualification, TechIOSH, and active certs, plus a valid driving license and CSCS card.
