About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their expanding team in Bradford . You will be the primary technical point of contact on site, coordinating with contractors, managing site personnel, and ensuring the quality of workmanship. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site engineering operations, ensuring adherence to design plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and subcontractors to maintain project schedule and budget.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure all construction work meets required standards.
• Resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and material logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction management field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and sequencing.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid CSCS card or equivalent health and safety certification.
