Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor site engineering teams, ensuring efficient execution of setting out, surveying, and quality control activities.
• Oversee the implementation of engineering designs, verifying compliance with project specifications and technical drawings.
• Manage site logistics and resource allocation for engineering operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage the resolution of technical issues arising during construction.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, progress updates, and as-built records.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Site Engineer , with a strong background in managing engineering functions on large-scale construction projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, surveying techniques, and quality management systems.
• Proficiency with surveying instruments and relevant engineering software.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, ideally with professional chartership.
