The CSR Group are working with a leading residential developer who is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join a major housing and apartment development in North Dublin. €70,000 - €85,000 + Vehicle/Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Comprehensive Benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage all setting out and surveying activities on site.


• Ensure works are delivered accurately and in accordance with drawings and specifications.


• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and design teams.


• Maintain quality control records and ensure compliance with project standards.


• Assist with programme delivery and resolve technical issues on site.


• Mentor junior engineers where required.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.


• 5+ years experience working on residential or commercial construction projects.


• Strong setting out and surveying experience.


• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Total Station and GPS equipment.


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
