Job Description
Omega invites applications for a Senior Site Engineering Manager role at our Bedfordshire site. You will lead maintenance, reliability, projects, and capital investments, directing a team to improve OEE and drive World Class Manufacturing practices on a 24/7 FMCG site.
You will set engineering strategy, manage multi-million-pound budgets, develop people, and deliver engineering change across the site, working with senior leaders to sustain world-class performance.
